Informed Investor has been announced as a finalist in the category of Best Media Reporting on Ethical and Impact Investment at the Mindful Money Conference and Awards 2025.

This is a wonderful acknowledgment of Informed Investor’s commitment to disseminating the ethical investment message to the broader investment community – be they seasoned investors or young people just starting out on their journey.

Myself (Joanna Mathers) and design director Sally Fullam purchased Informed Investor late last year as part of a management buyout, alongside New Zealand Property Investor. We operate as Informed Media.

I have edited Informed Investor for four years. Ethical investment has always underpinned my editorial direction and now that we own the magazine, we are free to deepen and broaden our commitment to sustainable and ethical investment choices and practices.

We are an independent company with no big corporate backing and sustainability is embedded into every aspect of our business.

This nomination is a real honour for us – and an acknowledgement that we are heading in the right direction.
